How usage works
Each plan includes monthly usage by category: standard chat, advanced chat, images, Jayd minutes, Imagine seconds, spoken replies, and actions.
If you reach a category’s ceiling on a paid plan, extra usage is prepaid from one wallet. Jayd time packs credit the same wallet. We describe everything as included usage, extra usage, and Jayd time — not credits.
Adjust limits anytime in Settings → Usage. Open Usage settings
Monthly spend limits
Monthly spending limits help you stay in control. You can raise or lower your cap, pause extra usage, or use unlimited mode where your plan supports it.

FAQ
▸Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime; downgrades follow your Stripe subscription rules. Your profile updates automatically after checkout.
▸What happens right after I pay?
We’ll bring you back to Bonita and sync your plan. If it takes a few seconds, you’ll see a “syncing” state on Billing — no need to pay twice.
▸Do you offer education pricing?
EDU is $10/mo (or $100/yr) after you verify a school email. Verification does not change your plan — you then check out through Stripe. Re-verify once a year.
▸Is my data safe?
Billing runs through Stripe — card details never touch our servers. Bonita only stores your plan and usage to keep the experience fair.
▸What if I reach my included usage?
Paid plans include usage each billing cycle. If you reach a category’s limit, you can continue with extra usage or add Jayd time. Free does not include extra-usage purchase — upgrade instead.
